I appreciate how hard you work to spam every blog possible within a 24 hour period. Really, it is marvelous example of the complete idiocy that has become The WWW. You have gone to great lengths to make each of our daily web-lives a living hell by attempting to get your sex tapes, sex videos, webcam sex shows, penis enlargements, breast enlargements, hot dates, and my personal favorites jfkdlaigudjkalö advertised in our comment sections. NYCWD Two years

I grabbed this post from Avitable, who seems to be wise beyond his years.

So here are my rules for life.

1. Sometimes you just have to laugh, even at yourself, so do it, and do it often.
2. Take time to be alone, sit in silence and just “be”.
3. Think before you speak. This will save a lot of embarrassment and heart ache.
4. People don’t come with subtitles so don’t mumble! Speak like you meant it, always.
5. Don’t make fun of others. Karma is a bitch!
6. Forgive and forget. It is hard to do but you will feel better once you let go.
7. When it comes to food, try everything once (as long as it won’t kill you). The world has so much flavour!
8. Learn by doing not by sitting on the sidelines.
9. Saving for a rainy day it great, but what if it never rains? Break open that piggy bank. You only have one life.
10. Chose to be around those who love you unconditionally. Remember, those who matter don’t mind and those who mind don’t matter.

yeah I am pretty lame compared to others, but I only follow people whose blogs I actually read or whose twitterings I find interesting

Summer has landed and it is about time. Although I really don’t want to get too excited because in the last few weeks we have experienced some horribly rainy and windy weather and I don’t want to jinx the purdifulness(sic) of the outside right now, but I have to say these mornings have been great. The sun is shining like mad outside. The fact that I went to bed at almost 3am and the sky was getting light is another indicator that summer has landed on the Swedish Riviera.

I have a lot planned for this summer. At first I thought it was going to be a light, airy, relaxed summer but it turns out, not so much. We are booked practically every other weekend for one thing or another. That and I have to start a gyming routine and Hoofy Poofy decided that “we” need to start a major diet plan. Yes, WE as if he needs to lose weight, but anyway. I agreed so we worked out a plan and went to the store. There is not one item of junk food in this apartment. Not that we really ever did. I was planning on laying low this summer. Although August will be a slow month as both Sha-zzer/DocDarling and S & D are out of town (vacationing bastards).

I also promised myself that I would get the closets in the hall organized. They are a mess. I mean I can’t find ANYTHING in them. I also plan on scrubbing the apartment from top to bottom. so while I am glad that summer has arrived, I hope there are moments of insanity where Mother Nature thinks it is fall so I can get some housework done.

We had planned on a mini vacation to Berlin but that doesn’t look like it will happen so we might just go up to Trollhättan for a weekend to visit Suzanne and Per. Hang out, grill, drink, absorb the local culture….you know, the usual. This depends on when school starts of course. KomVux starts in August while College starts in September. I should hear something about college in July. Let’s hope it is the beginning of July. I am pretty anxious. I am obsessive about checking my status almost to the point that I should just stay logged into the site. My whole future here for the next 3-4 years is riding on me getting into this school. If I don’t, well I am not sure what will happen. I may have to go back home and that is an option that I just don’t want to have to take, although I am sure my mom, my be-fri and KVN would be ecstatic to have me back.

okay, maybe not ecstatic.
