Seriously. I mean, I can laugh now. Well, not really. Once everything is fixed I will be able to laugh but right now I feel so stupid that I think my IQ is dropping by the minute.

See, I got up this morning and decided to hit the gym. Nothing unusual just bike down there and workout. I get there and I can’t find my lock. I mean, it was there the other day. I saw a lock that looked EXACTLY like my like sitting there unlocked. I stuck my key in and it fit* so I put it on my locker.

DUMB DA DUMB DUMB DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMB!

I get on the tread mill and start walking and that lead me to thinking….yeah….I hop off and go back in the locker room. Does my key UNLOCK the lock?

NO!

Many explicatives ran through my head and out of my mouth. My keys, cell phone, credit cards, id, my jeans were are still in there. I was in these ooh so not attractive pants……I left the locker room thinking I would bike home.

Nope.

Keys.in.locked.locker.can.not.frelling.unlock.bike.

So I start walking home in my sexy workout gear.

Guess what? I can’t get in the apartment without waking up Hoofy Poofy (who is sleeping because he works tonight).

*sigh*

The gym office doesn’t open until noon.

2½ hours from now. And I bet you they don’t have bolt cutters or a way to unlock it. I bet you we will have to call a locksmith.
Seriously I think I get dumber by the minute.

*Notice I said FIT not that it TURNED the lock. Yeah….see….dumb
